    • We did not find anything in the tire-need to monitor.
    • We found the #3 cylinder to have numerous misfires. We found the ignition coil to be defective, causing misfires in engine.
    • We found the engine to be misfiring. We found #3 ignition coil to be defective and causing misfires. Removed and replaced all 3 ignition coils on rear section of engine(firewall side), replaced all spark plugs, cleaned throttle body and performed idle relearn.
    • We found the rear driveshaft u-joints to have excessive movement. Sent driveshaft out for repairs.
    • We found the right front wheel bearing to have excessive movement causing a safety issue. Replaced right front knuckle assembly with bearing under warranty.

    • We found the engine to be leaking oil off front of engine. Removed valve covers, timing cover and engine oil pan. Replaced all gaskets and seals related to the repairs. Filled and bled cooling system.

    • After further diagnosis, we found the blend door motor to have triggered a fault in HVAC system. We used test equipment and manually ran blend door actuator, it would not respond. Needs blend door actuator to start.
    • Loaner Car-Escape
    • Removed complete dash assembly to gain access to blend door actuator. Removed and replaced actuator, check blend door operation also. Re-assembled dash assembly.
    • Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
