Check grinding noise at low speeds (10-15mph)
Check-wheel wobbles when going over bumps or small potholes at speeds of 50mph.
Digital Inspection
change oil & filter, check fluid levels, set tire psi
Removed and installed drag link, tie rods and adjusting sleeve at pitman arm. And replaced steering stabilizer.
Removed and replaced lower tie rod ends
Replaced front track bar assembly.
Removed and pressed in front track bar ball joint assembly.
Install camber/caster bushings for camber/caster adjustments
Check tire psi and suspension, set front and rear wheel alignment to specs
Perform front and rear diff services. Removed and replaced fluid all fluid in both differentials. Test drove and checked for leaks. All looks good.
Serviced as requested.

Replaced both rear shocks
Rotate & Balance Tires

Removed and installed a/c compressor kit-includes compressor, orfice tube, receiver/drier, condenser, flushed out complete system. Also replaced serpentine belt.
Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.

Needs front brakes and rotors.
Replace front pads, replace rotors, clean and lube all caliper slides, torque wheels, test drive. We installed front cross drilled and slotted rotors and installed customers used pads on new front rotors-left front brake pads have grooves worn in pads already-may cause noise/vibration-NO WARRANTY.

Digital Inspection
Remove and replace battery, check battery cables, and remove battery acid. The battery carries a 5year free replacement with nation wide warranty.
Remove cover. Remove old gasket material, drain old fluid. Inspect internals and reassemble with new gasket. Install new fluid to proper level. Road test vehicle for proper operation.
Replaced alternator assembly.
We tested charging system and battery. The battery failed load test and the alternator is not charging.

remove front differential assembly, replaced both front axle seals, re-seal front differential cover and fill with fluid.
Removed wiper cowl assembly, replaced both front washer nozzles.
Service transfer case per OEM requirements
We found the truck to engage into 4WD at times, we found vacuum supply to right front hub to be weak at times, causing grinding on engagement. We also found the front diff fluid level to very low and black. Need to repair vacuum and replaced front diff axle seals and service front diff and retry 4WD system functions.
