    • Loaner Car – Escape (WHITE)
    • Removed and replaced #3 injector assembly, replaced upper and lower plenum gaskets.
    • Removed and replaced bank1(firewall side) camshaft actuators and seals due to the old ones leaking oil badly.
    • Removed and replaced rear valve cover gaskets, removed and installed updated front valve cover with gasket.
    • Removed both headlight assemblies and replaced all headlight bulbs.
    • Repair broken wires inside right side headlight assembly
    • Scan for codes, clear codes after repairs & test drive. We retrieved codes p0300 random misfires, p0303 #3 cylinder misfire, p0171 lean condition.
    • These lights were also on due to engine running poorly.
    • We found the right side headlight is out
    • We performed further advanced testing of the injector circuit. We found the #3 injector to be defective-causing engine misfire. Needs #3 injector and perform pin tests on all other injectors when fuel rail is out of the car.

    • add flush additive, drive, flush complete system, add conditioner, check level. We replaced spin on filter also.
    • CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models
    • Check tire psi and suspension, set front and rear wheel alignment to specs
    • Digital Inspection
    • Removed and replaced both front control arms, removed and replaced rear bushings in arms and re-installed assemblies.
    • Removed rear differential cover, re-sealed and re-installed. Filled with fluid.
    • Replace air filter
    • Replace front differential drain plug and service unit
    • Scan for codes, clear codes after repairs & test drive. retrieved code p0420 bank1 catalytic converter below threshold. We monitored both air/fuel and downstream oxygen sensors, the sensors and the converter assembly look fairly new. the air/fuel sensor is reading zero-needs converter assembly and air/fuel sensor to start-these parts were replaced at another shop.

    • Removed and replaced oil filter housing gaskets.
    • removed intake manifold assembly to gain access to crankcase vent valve assembly. We found the valve assembly to be defective, we also found hoses for vent system to be cracked and leaking. We replaced all crankcase vent valve hoses and clamps, re-installed intake manifold and replaced intake gaskets.
    • Replaced complete valve cover assembly with gaskets.

    • Removed front control arms, replaced both rear(large) bushings and re-installed arm assemblies.

    • Replace front pads, replace rotors,clean and lube all caliper slides, torque wheels, test drive
    • Replaced right front axle assembly.
    • We found the steering rack to have small seep. We need to recheck this next visit.
