- Digital Inspection
- Loaner Car – Escape (WHITE)
- Removed and replaced #3 injector assembly, replaced upper and lower plenum gaskets.
- Removed and replaced bank1(firewall side) camshaft actuators and seals due to the old ones leaking oil badly.
- Removed and replaced rear valve cover gaskets, removed and installed updated front valve cover with gasket.
- Removed both headlight assemblies and replaced all headlight bulbs.
- Repair broken wires inside right side headlight assembly
- Scan for codes, clear codes after repairs & test drive. We retrieved codes p0300 random misfires, p0303 #3 cylinder misfire, p0171 lean condition.
- These lights were also on due to engine running poorly.
- We found the right side headlight is out
- We performed further advanced testing of the injector circuit. We found the #3 injector to be defective-causing engine misfire. Needs #3 injector and perform pin tests on all other injectors when fuel rail is out of the car.
