    • We found the engine to be leaking coolant badly.
    • Scan for codes, clear codes after repairs and test drive. Retrieved codes p0117 engine coolant temp sensor circuit low, p0300 random misfire, p0302 #2 misfire, p0390 camshaft position sensor circuit bank2 sensor2 fault, p0520 engine oil pressure sensor circuit, p0522 engine oil pressure sensor circuit low.
    • Removed and replaced engine oil cooler, replaced both knock sensors and knock sensor harness, replaced upper and lower intake gaskets, filled and bled cooling system.
    • change oil and filter, check all fluid levels, check tire psi
    • Replaced engine thermostat assembly and gasket
    • Removed and replaced spark plugs.

    • We found the alternator not to be charging and the battery has a bad cell. Needs an alternator and battery to start.
    • The door locks are working fine at this point.
    • change oil and filter, check all fluid levels, check tire psi
    • Removed and replaced alternator.
    • Remove and replace battery, check battery cables, and remove battery acid. The battery carries a 5year free replacement with nation wide warranty.

    • Removed and replaced both front lower control arm/tension arm assemblies with ball joints and replaced both lower ball joints for rearward front lower control arms.

    • Scan for codes, clear codes after repairs and test drive. Retrieved codes p0299 turbo under boost fault, p0130 oxygen sensor bank1 sensor1 malfunction, p0456 evap emission control system(very small leak), p0441 evap emissions control system incorrect purge flow. We need to diagnose further.
    • After further diagnosing, running flow chart tests. We found the following. turbo boost sensor is out of range, the oxygen sensor is very slow reacting, the purge valve/solenoid is stuck on at times, when it should be off.
    • Replace turbo boost pressure sensor
    • Remove and replace bank1 sensor1 oxygen sensor.
    • Removed and replaced evap purge control valve assembly.
    • Remove right rear fender liner and replaced evap canister filter assembly.
