- Needs front wiper nozzles to start.
- remove front differential assembly, replaced both front axle seals, re-seal front differential cover and fill with fluid.
- Removed wiper cowl assembly, replaced both front washer nozzles.
- Service transfer case per OEM requirements
- We found the truck to engage into 4WD at times, we found vacuum supply to right front hub to be weak at times, causing grinding on engagement. We also found the front diff fluid level to very low and black. Need to repair vacuum and replaced front diff axle seals and service front diff and retry 4WD system functions.
