Loaner Car-Camry (RED)
Removed cylinder head assemblies, performed complete tear down on head assemblies. We found the head gasket surfaces to be warped-sent heads out for surface. Re-assembled cylinder heads, replaced all gaskets and seals related to repairs, re-sealed cam journal plates, replaced complete timing belt kit with water pump and pulleys, tensioner assembly, replaced thermostat and gasket, changed engine oil and filter. Filled and bled cooling system.
The head gaskets are leaking oil badly and the engine is low on oil-needs head gaskets ASAP
We did not see any visible fuel leaks nor did we smell gas. Oil is getting on the exhaust from leaking head gaskets.

The car has multiple faults in ECM for gear ratio faults internal in transmission. Also the car has power steering system issues-leaks etc and has front suspension repairs needed-customer declined all repairs at this time.

Removed and replaced both front control arms, removed and replaced rear bushings in arms and re-installed assemblies.
Removed rear differential cover, re-sealed and re-installed. Filled with fluid.
Replace air filter
Replace front differential drain plug and service unit
Scan for codes, clear codes after repairs & test drive. retrieved code p0420 bank1 catalytic converter below threshold. We monitored both air/fuel and downstream oxygen sensors, the sensors and the converter assembly look fairly new. the air/fuel sensor is reading zero-needs converter assembly and air/fuel sensor to start-these parts were replaced at another shop.

Removed front control arms, replaced both rear(large) bushings and re-installed arm assemblies.

Replace front pads, replace rotors,clean and lube all caliper slides, torque wheels, test drive
Replaced right front axle assembly.
We found the steering rack to have small seep. We need to recheck this next visit.

After further diagnosis, we found the right front ball joint to be loose, front and rear sub frame bolts need to be tighter.
The car has recently had a lift kit installed
We tightened right front ball joint pinch bolt, tightened front and rear sub frame bolts, tightened front control arm mounting bolts and test drove the car.
