    • Loaner car- Honda (WHITE)
    • After further diagnosis, we found fuel leak on left side of fuel tank-need to remove fuel tank for inspection.
    • We found the oil filter housing cap to be leaking oil badly.
    • Change oil & filter, check all fluid levels, check tire psi
    • Digital Inspection
    • Removed fuel tank assembly. We found fuel pump and fuel sending unit on left side to be leaking fuel. Removed and installed fuel pump assembly and left sending unit to correct leaks.
    • Steam clean engine
    • clean out master cylinder, fill system with BG Dot 4 fluid, power flush complete system

    • Removed intake manifold assembly to gain access to the breather hose assembly. Replaced breather hose assembly and intake gaskets.
    • We found the engine to be making loud squealing noise after driving. We determined the PCV system was not working correctly-causing excessive pressure in crankcase. We also found breather hose off backside of engine to be cracked and broken and taped together-causing large vacuum leak. We also found breather part from under side of valve cover and wiper cowl plug inside valvetrain of engine. We removed all pieces out of valvetrain. Replaced valve cover assembly with gaskets.
    • We found the PCV system to be defective-causing the engine to be under excessive pressure inside the engine, causing squealing in engine.

    • Removed and replaced oil filter housing gaskets.
    • removed intake manifold assembly to gain access to crankcase vent valve assembly. We found the valve assembly to be defective, we also found hoses for vent system to be cracked and leaking. We replaced all crankcase vent valve hoses and clamps, re-installed intake manifold and replaced intake gaskets.
    • Replaced complete valve cover assembly with gaskets.
    • Steam clean engine
